Langkawi September 19,  2011 : In honour of their exceptional employees of the past year, LADA held their 2011 Outstanding Service Awards night at the ballroom of the Bayview Hotel Langkawi with a three-hour dinner and ceremony for their entire staff.

25 outstanding staff members of LADA were selected for an award that night, based on their dedication in producing quality work above and beyond the call of duty. They are:

The Guest of Honour at the awards presentation was Under Secretary, Monitoring and Control Division, Treasury, Ministry of Finance, Y.Bhg. Dato Noorrizan Binti Shafie. Also present during the ceremony was LADA General Manager Y.Bhg. Dato Azman bin Umar.

In his speech, Dato Azman heartily congratulated all awards recipients and humbly acknowledged that the award is not enough of a reward for the sacrifices and contributions they have made to LADA. He also sadly acknowledged that, due to the limitations of the selection process, not all of LADA’s fine officers and staff who had excellent performance reviews could be honoured at this year’s awards. However, he hoped that they could win next year with their continued efforts.
