OPTIMIZE THE USE OF ICT IN ALL LADA ACTIVITIES, ALONG WITH THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ELECTRONIC GOVERNMENT (E-GOVERNMENT) POLICIES

OBJECTIVE

  • To provide the most efficient ICT hardware and software support services while always keeping current with technological changes.
  • To use ICT to improve the quality of core services in the LADA.
  • To use ICT in enhancing the effectiveness of the delivery system across the entire range of LADA activities.
  • Raise awareness about the use and potential benefits of ICT among all LADA officers and staff.

FUNCTIONS

  • Memastikan perkhidmatan sokongan terbaik dalam pengurusan perkakasan dan perisian ICT yang cekap dan sentiasa bersedia selaras dengan perubahan teknologi
  • Memastikan perkhidmatan terbaik dalam meningkatkan kualiti perkhidmatan teras di Lembaga Pembangunan Langkawi
  • Memastikan penggunaan ICT dalam meningkatkan keberkesanan sistem penyampaian kerajaan dalam bidang tugas yang terlibat.
  • Memastikan kesedaran tentang penggunaan ICT di kalangan semua pegawai dan kakitangan di Lembaga Pembangunan Langkawi.

FUNGSI

  • Mengubal, merancang dan melaksanakan Pelan Strategik Teknologi Maklumat/Dasar-dasar ICT LADA
  • Merancang , mengurus dan melaksanakan dasar-dasar ICT Perkhidmatan Awam
  • Memberi khidmat nasihat dari segi perancangan, pembangunan, pelaksanaan dan khidmat teknikal ICT termasuk Enterprise Architecture
  • Mengawal selia tadbir urus, integriti dan audit ICT di LADA
  • Membangunkan, mengurus dan menyelenggara semua aplikasi secara 'inhouse
  • Memantau dan menangani isu-isu pelaksanaan projek ICT
  • Memantau, mengurus dan menyelenggara sistem rangkaian dan maklumat LADA
  • Memantau dan menguruskan keselamatan sistem rangkaian
  • Mengurus operasi, menyelenggara dan memantau keselamatan perisian bilik server LADA
  • Mengawal selia Disaster recovery plan
  • Mengurus dan memantau komunikasi e-mel LADA
  • Pembudayaan ICT, pengukuhan kompetensi dan re-skilled kakitangan LADA dan komuniti terpilih
  • Merekabentuk secara in-house bahan-bahan Multimedia bagi tujuan promosi/laporan program pelancongan, sukan, pelaburan dan pembangunan komuniti
  • Mengurus dan menyelenggara laman-laman web LADA
  • Mengurusetia dan memantau keputusan mesyuarat JPICT

  • Solve All Complaints Regarding Software And Systems Within Seven Working Days
  • Solve All Computer Hardware Related Problems Within Five Working Days
  • Solve All Networking Problems Within Fifteen Working Days
  • Update All Information Received Into Website Within Three Working Days
