Langkawi Development Authority (LADA) is incorporated under the Acts of Parliament to develop and nurture Langkawi Island into an INTERNATIONAL TOURISM DESTINATION.

AGENCY UNDER MINISTRY OF FINANCE

Established on 15th March 1990 and placed under the responsibility of Malaysia Treasury.
