Aimed to nurture new adn young talents in sailing. This year's event will held from 15th - 19yh January. These young sailors were exposed to a lot of valuable experience as they have sailed in numerous sailing conditions in Langkawi. The valuable experience and important lesson will help them excel at the international youth competition.
