Langkawi, 15 March 2023 – The Langkawi Development Authority (LADA) in collaboration with the Institut Kemahiran MARA Alor Setar (IKM) has held a Business Planning Course at the Design Space, LADA Complex. The course which was held for three days starting on 13-15 March 2023 was assisted by instructors from IKM namely Tuan Haji Rizham bin Ibni, Puan Eida Rahayu binti Razak and En. Mohd. Farid bin Musa. This course was officiated by Cik Waffa Wahida binti Zainol, Investment and Business Facilitation Division Manager.
This course was attended by 14 Langkawi entrepreneurs. They were given exposure related to the preparation of a more systematic and effective business plan as well as the management of administration, marketing, operations and business finance. Through this course, the entrepreneurs have also been given guidance related to business evaluation in more detail and its potential to be implemented, in addition to getting information about business assistance provided by government bodies related to entrepreneurs.
LADA is always concerned with assisting local entrepreneurs in expanding their business knowledge and increasing their source of income. Hopefully, the information presented will help all entrepreneurs move forward and remain competitive.
